HazCuentas Terms and Conditions

1. Management Software Services:
a. HazCuentas provides subscription-based management software that allows the Client to manage and control various aspects of their business, such as inventory, sales, billing, reports, among others, depending on the selected subscription plan.
2. Access and Use of the Software:
a. Access to the management software will be granted through unique login credentials for each Customer.
b. Customer agrees to use the management software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
c. The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and immediately notifying HazCuentas in case of any unauthorized or suspicious use.
3. Intellectual Property:
a. All management software provided by HazCuentas, as well as any related content, documentation and assets, are the exclusive property of HazCuentas or third party providers, in case third party components are used.
4. Subscriptions and Payments:
a. The Customer can select between different subscription plans offered by HazCuentas, each with different features and prices.
b. The Customer agrees to pay the applicable subscription fees in accordance with the selected plan, whether on a monthly, annual or other agreed period.
c. Payments must be made in a timely manner and in the specified currency.
5. Renewal and Cancellation:
a. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period, unless the Client notifies his intention to cancel with a prior notice in accordance with the established conditions.
b. The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time, but there will be no refunds for unused subscription periods.
6. Proper Use:
a. The Client agrees not to use the HazCuentas administration software for activities that are illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or that in any way violate the rights of third parties.
b. Customer agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access internal components of the management software.
7. Technical Support:
a. HazCuentas will provide technical support to subscribed Customers (excluding free subscription, HazCuentas will reserve which free accounts to provide support) to assist with issues related to the management software. Details of the support offered will be available on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability:
a. HazCuentas will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the management software or any interruption in its availability.
9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution:
a. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
b. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through mutually agreed means of dispute resolution.
By purchasing our subscriptions for management software, Customer agrees to these Terms and agrees to abide by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and HazCuentas with respect to subscriptions and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions will survive in full force and effect.
